This website redesign case study was taken up as portfolio documentation. It was done as a sprint exercise over 4 days.

Tawteen is a UAE job-seeking portal that aids with finding the right career fit and everything related to that.

The client is taken to be the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation. And my purpose is to suggest a functional redesign of their homepage that should deliver on the 3 following objectives:
1. Help Emirati candidates land better jobs in the UAE
2. Give prominence to the Emiratisation awards
3. Showcase the most useful services for the following users:
a. Emirati job seeker
b. Employer

Initially, I conducted a swift design audit as part of my preliminary research to identify the primary areas that required attention.

Next, I conducted an in-depth analysis of the competitors to gain insight into how they catered to the assumed needs of their users within the same market and geographic location.

Finally, I planned to conduct comprehensive interviews with both employees and employers to validate my understanding and gather more data for designing a more effective and feasible user experience. However, this step was included as a template primarily to showcase the process for documentation purposes.
